Construction to Commence Immediately
Privé Developers, LLC proudly
announces the issuance of its foundation permit from the City of Aventura.
Construction of the twin-tower luxury condominium project, located on South
Florida’s last undeveloped island, will begin immediately, with completion
projected for the second quarter of 2017.

Privé, a 160-unit luxury project,
can begin construction now that its developers received their building permit from
the city of Aventura.
The two 16-story towers should
be completed by the second quarter of 2017.
The developers were locked in a
battle with homeowners who oppose the development and the installation of
sidewalks, and it resulted in delay by the city issuance of building
permits.
A $140 million construction loan was cancelled a few months ago, for
this reason.
The conflict reached physical
confrontations when the developer built the sidewalks despite the opposition of
these homeowners.
Privé residences will range from
2,585 square feet to 9,000+ square feet.
It is expected to boast 70,000
square feet of indoor amenity space , two pools, a tennis court, a playground,
jogging path, a fishing pier and a marina.
