The Developers of Privé, a Preconstruction project in Aventura, Florida,  announced the selection of Suffolk Construction as General Contractor for Privé at Island Estates, a one-of-a-kind, luxury real estate project set on South Florida’s last buildable private island.

Suffolk Construction is a national firm with Florida-office locations in Miami, West Palm Beach and Fort Myers.

They are accountable for more than $1 billion of Miami construction in the last five years.

Privé at Island Estates will be comprised of twin 16-story towers designed by renowned architects Sieger Suarez, including a total of 160 ultra-luxury residences ranging in size from 2,585 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet in select penthouse units. 

Each residence at Privé will feature private elevator entry, flow-through floor plans with 10-foot glass on both eastern and western exposures, 10-foot deep balconies, expansive east/west water views throughout, European kitchens and bathrooms, as well as outdoor summer kitchens. 

First-class, resort-style amenities and services include a 10,000 square-foot gym and spa in each tower, private dining and social rooms, pool-side café, wine and cigar rooms, kids rooms, tennis court, two pools, marina, private pier, nature trail, private beach, jogging path, 24-hour gated and roving security, and full-time concierge. 

All public spaces will be designed by Interiors by Steven G.

 Privé at Island Estates, the south island of the property,  consists of 21 exclusive mansions and a marina. The Privé  Developers have been in South Florida land development since the 1960’s, resulting in approximately 1,000 acres of land development and planning of high-rise condominiums, multifamily, single family homes, shopping centers, and commercial offices.
