The highly anticipated construction of Marina Palms’ state-of-the-art marina and yacht club residences, the first of its kind in Miami for more than 20 years, is now under way.

Dredging, the process of clearing up the bed of the marina, is now under way and will be followed by the installation of pilings and completion of the sea wall. At that point, the installation of the floating and fixed dock system will commence.
