Sabbia Beach is on schedule,  forming and pouring a floor every 7-8 working days.

The 10th floor has been completed. Interior unit framing for the residences starting on the 4th floor will begin in early May following shortly by windows and sliding glass doors.

Last Units selling now at The Gale Fort Lauderdale

The 8th floor concrete pouring has been completed and the Gale Fort Lauderdale construction is advancing at a good pace.

We anticipate a sell-out very soon.
There are still a very few nice units. Some of the best in fact!

Two bedrooms + Den units with 1,358 sq. ft. interior space. The last ones with intracoastal water views. They are price at an average of $589 a square foot.
This is the best pricing of any of the project in the Fort Lauderdale beach area.

Auberge Beach News

Auberge Beach developers made the announcement this week. They have closed on the construction loan for $132 million for the Auberge Beach fort Lauderdale new development.

This is great news as construction goes ahead full speed. 

Auberge Beach is one of the most luxurious projects on one of the most coveted locations in South Florida: Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Auberge Beach includes two towers totaling 171 units. The North Tower is already sold out.  The South Tower has already sold a 30%.

On September 6th, 2016, the much expected HYDE BEACH HOUSE ground-breaking will be celebrated.



The Hyde Beach House, across Ocean Drive from its sister building, the Hyde Beach, is located on  2.4 acres alongside the Intracoastal Waterway, in Hollywood.

The event will count with the presence of Jorge Perez, the Related Group CEO and SBE's Sam Nazarian.

Hyde Beach House will be a 40 story high-rise building, a mix of 77 residential condominium units, and 265 units structured as "condo-hotel".
