Invesca Development Group is building 350 town homes and villas in Pompano Beach.

Project’s name?  Koi Residences & Marina

The first phase is already under construction on East Atlantic Blvd. 46 units should be completed early 2015. These are three-story, 2,333 Sq.Ft. units, starting at a reasonable $399,000 offering price.

Second phase will include 206 condos, 98 lofts as well as a 47-slips marina, and retail space.

First class amenities such as spa and fitness center, infinite swimming pool, social rooms and lounges will complement the project. 

In a news release, Invesca CEO, Christopher Longworth affirmed that ““Koi is also home to one of the largest and last remaining mangrove preservations in South Florida. Rather than destroying the land that such wildlife as manatees and tropical birds call home, we have designed it to preserve and showcase their natural beauty.”  

The project will also include retail space, a fitness center, spa, infinity swimming pool, clubhouse and lounge.

The 8.7-acre land was bought in 2012 for $6,65M by a subsidiary firm.
