Ground-Breaking at PRIVE - Aventura

PRIVE at Island Estates starts construction.

Following a judge’s decision to confirm the developers’ and the City of Aventura’s vested rights, groundbreaking is taking place at the luxury project.

On June 9th, Gary Cohen, principal at BH3 announced that Prive is now in its second month of foundation work.

"This is a major achievement for us in bringing the project to fruition and the development team could not be more excited," said co-developer Daniel Lebensohn. "We are moving full speed ahead, having experienced another great sales month in May."

Prive is a very special real estate venture in Aventura, recently listed in Elite’sTraveler’s “Most Desired Ultra-Luxury Residential Developments in the World” .

Prive has been designed by Sieger Suarez, a major architecture firm, and will feature two 16-stories towers, on an eight acre island across from Sunny Isles and William Island.

This is one of the projects that I like to recommend to my clients looking for an ultra-luxury residence, in a great location, with good water views. In Aventura, Prive and Echo Aventura are the type of project that attracts the most exigent buyer.

Only 160 residences ranging from 2585 to 9000 sq. ft. with private elevators, high ceiling and 10’ glass all around. Superb ten-foot deep balconies, and water views from every corner will fill every day’s life of the lucky owners.

It goes without saying that the most stunning European kitchens, grandiose appliances, splendid bathrooms will complement the deal.

A 10,000 sq. ft. gym/spa for each tower, dramatic social rooms, dining facilities, spectacular pool-side café, gorgeous wine and cigar rooms, kids playrooms, tennis courts, pools, marina, nature trail, private beach, jogging path, and of course 24-hour gated security.

All common areas will be decorated by Interiors by Steven G.

A few units are still available.
