Two or three years ago you would find more between 250 and 300 units available for sale in this complex.  I checked today.  There are only 70 apartments listed for sale.  On a total of about 1400 units it is barely a 5% of the total, a fairly low percentage by Florida real estate standards.

And there is a reason, of course. Actually, even with Beach Club's somewhat increased prices over 20011/12, it is the best bargain and the best buy you can find at the present time if looking for a luxury apartment on South Florida waterfront. Prices per square foot fluctuate between less than $400 and $500, depending on the view and floor-plan. A bargain!

A new construction of this quality, if it existed, would possibly set you back at least  $700 to $1,000 a Sq. Ft. 

So, while there still are a few available Beach Club units at these prices, my recommendation is to give it a serious look. 

The three BEACH CLUB buildings are right on the sand; two twin towers: The Beach Club 1 and the Beach Club 3, and a central tower: The Beach Club Two.
