One of my favorite projects in Fort Lauderdale.
Why do I like The Gale?
- All the advantages of a condominium but no restrictions on rentals.
- An owner could use his unit as his permanent residence, or rent it for short periods, if he has is at his vacation home.
- The Gale is a paradise of amenities; owners can use most of the hotel amenities and beach facilities; however The Gale Residences are a separate entity, have their own lobby, pool, amenities, gym.
- There are still some nice units for sale at The Gale. It is more than 70% sold, but prices are the most advantageous in new construction in this part of Fort Lauderdale Beach.
- A few steps from the beach; close to some of the most world famous hotel (Ritz-Carlton, the W, Four Season, Conrad, etc.), not far from The Galleria Mall, the location is excellent.
