The long awaited Groundbreaking of THE GALE finally
Here are some pictures of developer’s team, sales office
executives, who proudly saw the result of their efforts start to take shape.
The Gale Residences is a mid-rise building which will have
only 128 units, structured as a condominium.
It won’t be a condo-hotel, even though it is adjoining the
boutique Gale Hotel, which will replace the historic Escape.
The Gale Residences will have great amenities, pool, gym,
lobby, all completely separated from the hotel’s facilities. However owners of
a residence at The Gale will be allowed to use most of the hotel’s amenities.
The Gale’s has been selling well, and 70% of the building
has been already sold and under contract.
The success is due to its reasonable prices, its location in
the up and coming North Beach Village, about a block and a half from the beach, in a one of the most
favorable walking-friendly area.

The Gale will have no rental restrictions. While most buyers
are thinking of using their unit as their residence or their vacation home, the
possibility of renting is a plus.

The Gale Hotel is expected to allow all owners at The Gale
Residences to place their unit in the Gale Hotel’s rental program, if they
choose to do it.
